Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Within Australia:
- Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping — faster delivery via Australia Post Express
International:
- Standard International Shipping — estimated 10–20 business days
- Express International Shipping — faster delivery available at checkout
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the Australia Post website.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
