Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition with all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Mystery bundles
- Gift cards
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges We're happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Please log in to your account and request an exchange from your order history.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
