Do you need to return or exchange something?
Not a worry! Our returns process is seamless and simple for our Love Henry community and we are happy to offer a refund or store credit if your item isn't suitable.
So, what’s first?
Returns and Exchanges
Due to our products frequently selling out, unfortunately we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order. Your store credit or refund can be used to order a different size or any other products.
If you have simply changed your mind about a product and are looking for a refund or an exchange, this isn’t a problem! Love Henry is happy to help. Please see our instructions below:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any stains or marks to be eligible for either a refund or store credit.
- Items must have all tags and hangtags attached and be in their original condition.
- When we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
- Mystery bundles do not qualify for refund, exchange or returns.
*Please note: Love Henry reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Please note that shipping will not be credited when we receive your return.

Unfortunately Love Henry does not offer return or exchange on sale items. If a product is deemed faulty by Love Henry after purchase, our Customer Service Team may offer store credit or refund at their discretion.
Love Henry is not responsible for and are not obliged to refund for the below reasons:
- Shipping address that has been incorrectly entered by the customer upon placing the order. In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered, Australia post will Return to Sender which can take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. We will then resend the parcel to the customer and new shipping charges may apply.
- Lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post
In the event that a parcel is lost or stolen, we strongly advise you to contact your local post office for further investigating
For returns purchased through Afterpay, we offer a store credit deposited into your Love Henry account. Your personal agreement with Afterpay still stands, including any scheduled repayments. The store credit will be deposited for the total value of the item(s) returned. For any further queries contact Afterpay on 1300 100 729.
Love Henry gift cards have a one-year expiry from the date they are purchased and will not be honoured past their expiry date. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Pick up service
Love Henry offers a pick-up service for customers who live locally to the Love Henry Warehouse. Simply select ‘pick-up’ at check out.
