How to Start a Return
Log in to your account and request a return directly from your order history.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or marks
- In their original condition with all tags and hangtags attached
- In the original packaging
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Mystery bundles
- Gift cards
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method or as store credit. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Due to items frequently selling out, we're unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please place a new order. Your refund or store credit can be used toward your new purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Love Henry reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn, or damaged. Soiled or damaged items will be returned to the sender, and you will be notified via email.
