Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?
We are super fast at shipping orders at Love Henry! All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days upon receipt of order. However, during sale periods, there may be some delays.

Who ships my order?
Great question! All orders are sent through Australia Post from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

How long will delivery take?
For domestic orders, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery after dispatch. For international orders, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Can I track my order?
You sure can! When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. You can track your items and also find out an approximate arrival date for your item(s).

What if my order is lost?
Oh no! We hope that this doesn't happen! However, in the event that a parcel is lost or stolen, we strongly advise you to contact your local post office for further investigation. As per Australia Post terms and conditions, it is the receiver's/customer's responsibility to lodge a complaint or investigation once it leaves our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?
We love to keep our shipping costs affordable so that you can purchase our products, no matter where you are.

For domestic shipping, we have a flat-rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping Australia wide (unless a promotion is offered stating otherwise).

For international shipping, we offer competitive rates as determined by Australia Post. The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the number of items added to cart.

Do you ship internationally?
We do! Love Henry ships worldwide. The cost of this will be calculated upon checkout for you.

To make sure we ship your special Love Henry package to you as quickly and easily as possible, it is really important that you ensure your shipping details are correct when your order is processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the order once it has been shipped.
