How fast is shipping with Love Henry?
Generally speaking, our amazing team at the Love Henry warehouse will dispatch your order the same day that you place it. Please note there can be up to a delay in our busy sales period. We aim to have your item(s) with you within two weeks Australia-wide.

Can I change my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately you can’t change your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you have received your item(s), you can then go through the return and/or exchange process.
