All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia generally takes 3–7 business days. Please note there may be delays during busy sales periods. For international orders, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery.

Can I change my order once it has been shipped?
Unfortunately you can't change your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you have received your item(s), you can then go through the return process.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to items frequently selling out, we're unable to process direct exchanges — if you'd like a different size or colour, please place a new order.
