When will my order be shipped?

We are super fast at shipping orders at Love Henry, and dispatch your item(s) within one business day upon receipt of order. However, in the case of a sale period, this may cause delays.

Who ships my order?

Great question! All orders are sent through Australia Post from Goondiwindi, Queensland, Australia.

Can I track my order?

You sure can! When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. You can track your items and also find out an approximate arrival date for your item(s).

What if my order is lost?

Oh no! We hope that this doesn't happen! However, in the event that a parcel is lost or stolen, we strongly advise you to contact your local post office for further investigating. As per Australia Post terms and conditions, it is the receivers/customers responsibility to lodge a complaint or investigation once it leaves our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost?

We love to keep our shipping costs affordable so that you can purchase our products, no matter where you are.

For domestic shipping, we have a flat-rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping Australia wide (unless a promotion is offered stating otherwise).

For international shipping, we offer competitive rates as determined by Australia Post. The cost of Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the cumulative weight of the number of items added to cart.
